The original "Hot Yoga" studio in Sacramento. First established in 2000. Continues to offer the Bikram method of Yoga. It has established itself as one of the best modalities for helping to relieve stress and improve health. The consistency of the Bikram method makes it easy to measure one's progress. This progression has so many benefits, better health, release of stress, better conditioning, and a deeper sense of Self.
