The Henderson and Las Vegas mental health therapy clinics of Serenity Counseling and Support Services provide mental health counseling for clients throughout the Las Vegas valley including Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas and North Las Vegas, as well as all of Nevada via telehealth video therapy. We accept cash-pay clients, as well as benefits and insurances, but some services are dependent on your insurance provider's particular coverage. We are happy to speak with you about what your options
